24-hour onsite laundry, proximity to nightlife, short walk to JR station

The tiny elevator for the entire hotel causes long waits!!! The cramped rooms make it difficult for two people to share. The air conditioning issues can ruin your night!!!

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Room with Loft Bed while exploring the nearby Sunshine 60 Observation Deck and other attractions like the Ikefukurou Statue. The best part was being just a short walk from C1 exit of Ikebukuro Station, making it super easy to travel around the city. However, the mattress was quite hard, which caused some discomfort. One thing to note is that there was only one lift for the building, so I had to wait several times during busy hours.

Rooms seem stuck in the past, cleanliness isn’t up to par. I encountered lipstick marks on the blanket cover and had to wait for a sheets refill for the loft bed. Air conditioning issues popped up—mine started leaking in the middle of the night. The single lift slows down traffic, especially during peak hours, which could lead to safety concerns if you return late. Smoking guests near the windows add to the discomfort.

I had a great stay for 8 nights. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the JR station! Breakfast had a nice selection. I loved having a bus stop nearby for easy airport access. The mattress was firm but that didn’t ruin my experience! 😊
